General Provisions & Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jd33 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all services provided through it. By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

jd33 may at any time request documents necessary to verify an account holder's identity — such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. jd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

Age Limit & Eligibility

At the time of registration, each user confirms that they:

1. Are at least 21 years of age.
2. Are eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws of their place of residence.
3. Are playing with their own funds and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
4. Have never been permanently banned from jd33 or any of its affiliated platforms.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on jd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods:

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successful, the balance will be added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• All wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.

Bonus & Promotional Offers

jd33 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are provided under the following general conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳500.
• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.

5.2 VIP & Cashback Program

jd33's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Players can advance to a higher tier by placing a specified amount in bets each week, and receive weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is added directly to the account balance and no wagering requirements apply to it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jd33 follows a strict policy regarding bonus abuse and arbitrage betting strategies. In the event of suspicious activity, jd33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts.

Wagering Requirements & Calculation Method

Meeting the wagering requirements is mandatory before withdrawing any bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10× (on the bonus amount).
• No partial withdrawal from bonus funds is possible before the wagering is complete.
• Bets placed in both live casino and sports betting count toward wagering.
• If a minimum odds requirement applies, it will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Once wagering is complete, the bonus balance automatically becomes withdrawable.

Fair Play & Security

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited:

3. Attempting to access the platform through hacking, viruses or any other technical means.
4. Depositing funds obtained through theft or fraud.
5. Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Threatening or harassing other users or jd33 staff.
7. Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical error in the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

jd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If identity verification is not completed or incorrect information is provided.
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is found.
• Upon instruction from a court or government authority.

9.1 Account Closure at the User's Own Request

Any user may at any time contact the jd33 support team to request the closure of their account. All applicable wagering requirements must be met and the balance must be withdrawn before submitting an account closure request.
